Is that a mistake or a demonstration of how stupid the priest is in the first panel? Bearing in mind all the guff we’ve had in the UK recently about religion being “UNDER ATTACK!!1” (because, erm, the court ruled that a secular council had no right to list prayers on the agenda of its formal meetings, and a different court ruled at about the same time that Christianity isn’t a get-out-of-jail-free card for being a practising homophobe), I’m prepared to believe the latter…
@swirlythingy – Haha, I’m afraid the only stupidity being displayed in that panel is my own. As a non-native English speaker, I honestly didn’t realize it should have been ‘persecuted’ instead of ‘prosecuted’. I’m in doubt if I should change it or leave it as a permanent reminder to always check my language. 😛
@Ruud: No worries – I think it actually works better if you pretend it was intentional! 🙂

JLawrence Kenny:
Gotta say, I just recently found your website, and I love the comic. This strip series in particular is great; it always amazes me how religious people can’t equate the logic (or rather, the lack thereof) present here to their own religions.
